Cancellation
Policy: |

24 Hour cancellation notice required
on barns &/or homes of less than 4 animals. Barns &/or homes with
4 or more animals require a 7 day notice of cancellation or $100.00 fee
will apply. |

Extended Hours
Visit |
|
|
|
|
Any visit requested between the
hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM will be considered an "Extended Hours
Visit" and will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per visit (30
minute visit). |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Critter Sitters will make every
reasonable effort to honor any request for a specific "visit time",
but be advised that I cannot guarantee a specific time each day. My very
first priority every day is the safety of my client's pet(s), and events
may arise that could change the schedule on any particular day. In the event
of a significant change in schedule, I will exercise my "back-up"
system, and notify my client immediately. |

|
|
Critter
Sitters will make every reasonable effort to visit my client's pet(s) even
in inclement weather. If my 4-wheel-drive vehicle fails to negotiate road
conditions, or all roads between Critter Sitters and my client's pet(s)
are closed, I will notify my client immediately. |

|
|
|
|
|
